A recommendation is only finished once it runs in production. I stay involved through implementation.

RS Operations was founded on a simple observation: most organisations do not need a larger IT department. They need clearer decisions, made faster, by someone who has seen the same problem before and has no stake in the outcome beyond getting it right.
Work ranges from a two-week review to a year-long interim role. Clients are typically small and mid-sized organisations without a full in-house IT leadership team, or larger ones that need capacity around a specific migration, platform decision or data programme.
Based in the Netherlands, working with clients across Europe, remote or on site.
